Biographical Summary

Before joining the GHI as a librarian in 2016, Anna Maria Boß worked as a reference and public outreach librarian at the central library of the German military (Fachinformationszentrum der Bundeswehr). In this function, she did factual and bibliographic research in a wide array of databases from medical to security related. Her tasks also included the administration of two content management systems and support for civilian and military staff.

After receiving her library science degree from the Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur Leipzig, Anna Maria Boß was head librarian at the Infantry School and United Nations Training Center of the German Army.
