Geographical Information Systems (GIS)

DH@GHI Workshop | Speaker: Sebastian Bondzio (GHI Washington / RRCHNM)

In this workshop, Sebastian Bondzio (Gerda Henkel Fellow for Digital History) will introduce digital GIS using the example of esri’s ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro. He will present the basic requirements of GIS as well as elaborate on the illustrative and analytical potential of the tool.
