Biographical Summary

Stefan Tetzlaff is a historian of South Asia and its connection with the world. He was trained at the Centre for Historical Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi) and at the Centre for Modern Indian Studies at the University of Göttingen. In the course of his career, Stefan has held positions at academic institutions in Berlin, Göttingen, Paris, Kolkata, London and New Delhi. During 2018-19, Stefan is also Research Fellow in Business History at the Godrej Archives (Mumbai) and an Arts and Humanities visiting scholar at NYU Abu Dhabi.
