Think Transatlantic Campaign hosted at the GHI Print E-mail

The German Historical Institute hosted the final prize ceremony for the Think Transatlantic Campaign 2012-13. An initiative of the German Information Center USA, the Think Transatlantic Campaign brought together more than 6,000 students at 30 colleges and universities across the United States to discuss the present status and the future of transatlantic relations.

On March 4, 2013 the 25 winners of local contests were invited to Washington, DC for a final competition. During a ceremony at the GHI, the five final winners were honored and celebrated. In addition, they received travel grants for a trip to Germany from $1500 to $4000.
